Project Overview
This project will create a custom brand for Alchemical Trance, a custom Squarespace website that tells your story and converts the right people, a course platform that reflects the caliber of your work, and a clean technical foundation that supports the flow and function of the site.
Existing tools, Vimeo, Kit, Thrivecart, MiniChat, will be evaluated and migrated or integrated as needed, so the flow from visitor to client is meaningful, strategic, and seamless.
Brand Strategy And Design
A brand is the living identity of your work, the visual language, the voice, the feeling someone gets the moment they encounter you online. It’s what makes Alchemical Trance instantly recognizable and unmistakably yours.
The name itself gives us a lot to work with. “Alchemical” speaks to transformation, the ancient art of turning raw material into something precious. “Trance” is both literal and evocative: the hypnagogic states you guide people into, the threshold between waking and dreaming where the subconscious becomes accessible. Together, the name suggests something intelligent, mysterious, and deeply intentional, and that’s exactly the brand direction we’ll build toward.
Your brand will speak directly to visionary women: those who feel the pull of something bigger, who are done playing small, and who are ready to do the inner work that makes outer transformation possible. Program Design & Setup
Alchemical Trance is a 4-module, 16-week group program ready for a course platform that reflects the depth and care you’ve put into it. We’ll build that inside Squarespace, creating a clean, branded experience from the moment someone enrolls.
Your existing video content, currently hosted on Vimeo, will be embedded and organized within the new platform structure. Your materials, including the companion journal, automatic writing practices, and module resources, will be placed for clear, intuitive delivery.
Program setup includes:
Design of program pages including dashboard, program delivery framework, and orientation page
Back-end links to facilitate online payments and a paywall to secure the program
Your brand and colors incorporated throughout the course design
Formatting and upload of your client-provided materials and Vimeo-hosted videos
Bump offer integration at checkout (brainwave entrainment device)
Testing of all modules to ensure clean, clear, and efficient content delivery
Timing
The project timeline from start to launch is 4-5 weeks.
