I am pleased to present this proposal for the development and design of your online presence that will streamline and elevate your business as it expands your vision and creates a strategic foundation for expansion.
This project will focus on clarifying your brand's message to create a meaningful connection with your audience. By thoughtfully crafting a cohesive message and visual identity, we will ensure your message is communicated clearly and powerfully, while your services are presented in a way that resonate deeply with your target audience.
The result will not only amplify your voice and showcase your offerings but also enable seamless online scheduling, purchases and delivery, positioning your brand for growth and long-term success.
Project deliverables
Strategy, Messaging Clarity, Brand & Logo Design *
A steady foundation begins with clarity. In the context of crafting your vision we start with strategy - decluttering the myriad of services you’re currently using, defining what you do need and eliminating what you don’t. We get very clear on your messaging so it is consistent across all media, branding, and platforms. Then with these core elements in place, your brand comes to life through design, colors, style, and typography. This includes:
Comprehensive guide to identify your brand’s voice, style, and message.
Consultation to clarify and define strategy, direction, and desired outcomes.
Brand Suite Design and final branding: logo, typography, style, and colors.
Logo variations to include a primary logo, submark, and favicon.
Brand guide with all information needed to support brand use, including logo/mark identifiers, font families, and color codes.
Digital files of logos/marks for use in print and digital media.
*A custom brand suite with new logo and intentional selection of typography, colors, and logo variations is recommended to compliment your grander vision.

Design program pages including dashboard, program delivery framework, and orientation page.
Create back-end links to facilitate online payments and a paywall to secure the program(s).
Incorporate your brand and colors into the program design.
Format client-provided program materials & videos for optimized delivery.
Upload program materials into the online platform and test all modules to ensure clean, clear, and efficient content delivery.
Up to 8 modules with lesson descriptions, downloads, and videos. Additional modules are available as add-ons.
Timing
The project timeline from start to launch is 4-6 weeks.
I provide all brand suite assets immediately upon completion of the branding so you can begin using them across social media to immediately impact your messaging and create a clear, professional, elite presence online. Many clients also use this opportunity to pre-sell programs, build excitement to the launch of their programs, new online home, etc.
Content writing and/or editing are included with client input.
